ukeulex.ai collects very little about its visitors. There are no visitor accounts, no advertising, and no contact form, and nothing is sold or shared for marketing. This page lists everything the site does with information.

Who runs the site

ukeulex.ai is run by its founder (see About). For any privacy question or request, email min@appalachianuscustoms.com.

What is collected

  • Hosting records. The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes each visitor's IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.
  • Visitor statistics. The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are used, with the referring site, country, and type of device and browser. It does not use cookies and does not follow you across other websites.
  • Fonts. Pages load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. To fetch it, your browser sends your IP address to Google.
  • The checkout scanner. When you scan a page, the address you type is sent to our server, which fetches that page once and checks its text. The address and the page are not saved after the result is shown.

Cookies

Visitors receive no cookies. One cookie exists: it is set only when someone signs in to the Research engine, lasts seven days, and does nothing except keep that person signed in.

The Research engine

The Research engine is behind a sign-in and is not open to the public. Searches made there are sent to the public sources it queries (The National Archives, legislation.gov.uk, EUR-Lex, CourtListener and eCFR). Cases saved to its library are kept in private storage on Vercel. Its drafting tool sends the instructions, chosen sources and any pasted text to Google's Gemini service to produce a draft; the site itself does not keep them. Cases added by hand for drafting are stored in the signed-in browser only.

Consulting inquiries

ukeulex.ai does not collect contact details. The consulting contact on the About page links to appalachianuscustoms.com, a separate website with its own practices. If you email or call, your message goes to Appalachian Customs Service LLC.

Where information is processed

The site is hosted in the United States, so the hosting records and statistics above are processed there.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or the EU, data protection law gives you rights over personal data, including to see it, have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its use. To use them, email the address above. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes

If the site starts collecting anything new, this page will be updated first and the date above will change.
